Who can join the Satellite Program?
Anyone with a passion for travel and the drive to succeed!

What GDS do you offer?
We currently offer Worldspan to our experienced agents. Agents must have 2 years of experience on the GDS and pass a fluency interview. Our independent contractors will have complete access to this system along with phone support, e-learning, and web-x training. If your travel agency is currently on another GDS, give us a call so we can address your concerns.

What is the start-up cost to join the Satellite Program?
We have a one-time, non-refundable set-up fee of $199/agency upon application approval and background check. No other start-up fees or annual renewal fees.

Can I switch between plans, and is there a cost for doing so?
Member may switch between plans at no cost as long as they meet the guidelines. Requests must be made with a 30-day’s advance notice and changes are effective on the first of the month following request.

How and when do I get paid?
Travel Travel issues a direct deposit into your account after travel has been completed. Commissions are deposited monthly.

What is the process for me to join and how long does it take?
It depends on your experience in the travel industry, but once you have been approved, we like to get new agents set up in less than two weeks! See a timeline here.

What types of computer requirements do you have?
All you need is a computer with internet access!

Do you provide Errors and Omissions Insurance?
While Travel Travel holds insurance to cover E&O issues, you are an independent agent and should have your own coverage to ensure you are protected on all of your travel bookings. Therefore, we highly recommend obtaining Errors and Omissions insurance in your name for your personal protection. Find more information here.
